Ephesians 4:16
From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.
The Church is at its very best and is most honouring to God when every part of it works together. The more it works together, the more Christians support and minister to one another and the community around them, the stronger and more profoundly the Church grows and its influence spreads. But it all tracks back to Christ. “In Him….” Everything else follows. Our strength is in Jesus.
I praise God today for the body, for the Son of God and the life in the Spirit that guides and binds us together.
