Acts 23:1
Paul looked straight at the Sanhedrin and said, “My brothers, I have fulfilled my duty to God in all good conscience to this day.”
What a statement! Paul knew he had honoured God in every way and was able to say so in all sincerity. Would we be able to say that we have fulfilled our duty to God in all good conscience? This is at once an inspirational statement from Paul and a great challenge to us.
Lord, give me the grace to be your servant today, to live in your presence and be your witness to those around me.
