13 Is anyone among you in trouble? Let them pray. Is anyone happy? Let them sing songs of praise.
Of course, prayer is not just for the hard times, the trouble we reflected on yesterday. Prayer is for all times, the good and bad. Just as we should turn to God first when troubled, we should also turn to him first with our joys.
