Matthew 17:3-5
6 When the disciples heard this, they fell face down to the ground, terrified. 7 But Jesus came and touched them. “Get up,” he said. “Don’t be afraid.” 8 When they looked up, they saw no one except Jesus.
The disciples must have been terrified. One thing changes that – Jesus’ touch.
Is anything frightening you? Ask Jesus to touch that part of your life which is worrying you.
He said ‘Don’t be afraid’. Isn’t that wonderful to know that He is with us.
Father, I’m worried about……..
Touch my life and help me not to be afraid.
