Psalm 145:8-10 NIV
[8] The Lord is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in love. [9] The Lord is good to all; he has compassion on all he has made. [10] All your works praise you, Lord; your faithful people extol you.
At times of national or personal crisis the devil would have us believe that God does not care – but what a lie that is! The Lord cares about what your are going through and where you are going today and though there are times when we do not understand the journey, we can be sure of his love and compassion. Take your day to him and allow him to graciously minister to you as you praise him – he hears and answers.
1 Man of sorrows what a name
for the Son of God, who came
ruined sinners to reclaim:
Hallelujah, what a Saviour!
2 Bearing shame and scoffing rude,
in my place condemned he stood,
sealed my pardon with his blood:
Hallelujah, what a Saviour!
