Luke 3:4-6 NIV
[4] As it is written in the book of the words of Isaiah the prophet:
“A voice of one calling in the wilderness, ‘Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for him. [5] Every valley shall be filled in, every mountain and hill made low. The crooked roads shall become straight, the rough ways smooth. [6] And all people will see God’s salvation.’ ”
The answer to the valleys of fear and the mountains of impossibility? Just as John the Baptist prepared the way for the Lord Jesus to come and bring God’s salvation, so through this challenging time we have a great message of hope and challenge! God has made a way of Salvation – a way by which anyone who believes can be saved. God cares about us and will bring us through – he will forgive us, renew us and give us Life and hope.
That’s a message worth sharing today!!
