Reading: Psalm 130:7-8
7 Israel, put your hope in the Lord,
for with the Lord is unfailing love
and with him is full redemption.
8 He himself will redeem Israel
from all their sins.
Thought for Reflection:
Trust is a fragile thing. Often we find in our lives that the institutions and people we put our trust in let us down. Before we get judgemental, however, remember we are often those who let others down! Not surprisingly we find it hard to trust others. God, however, is completely worthy of our trust. He will never let us down and will accomplish all that he has said he will do.
Prayer:
Father, help me to trust you.
