“Everyday should have a Paul Cookson moment – keep him by your bedside for emergencies” – Simon Mayo
At Wormley Free Church we’re delighted to be sponsoring visits to Broxbourne CE Primary School on the morning of the 17th November, followed by Wormley Primary School in the afternoon.
The school visits will be followed by a performance at Wormley Free Church in the evening at 7pm where Paul will no doubt be performing both favourites and works from his latest books, ‘The Man Who Launched a Thousand Poems – Vols 1&2’. These came about through his taking to writing a poem a day over lockdown, a habit that has continued to today.
Tickets for the evening performance are available at the door and are on a Pay What You Can basis, so that everyone who is interested can join us, with a suggested £10 per person.
