Ephesians 1:15-16 NIV
(15) For this reason, ever since I heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all God’s people, (16) I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers.
Our walk with God is often seen as a personal thing. I think that whilst the Bible does call us to attend to our own faith, it also encourages us to see ourselves as part of a community which supports and nourishes each others’ faith. Paul’s prayer at the start of Ephesians is an example. Like him, let’s take a moment to give thanks for those that make up our family.
