Another more ‘obscure’ Christmas passage. I love the opening line, which is obviously referring to Jesus’ birth. It’s the description of Jesus as God’s ‘kindness and love’. What a simple yet profound description of Jesus, capturing perfectly his nature and identity.
Thank you God that you are a kind and loving God, who looks on us with tender compassion. Help us to reflect that in our dealings with others.
