1 I lift up my eyes to you,
to you who sit enthroned in heaven.
Thought for Reflection:
Over the last few years we have become interested in Astronomy as a family and have spent a good amount of time staring up at space, amazed at the view of the Moon through a telescope and even Jupiter and its moons! As staggering as these views are, they simply don’t compare to the God we pray to. His, as Graham Kendrick once powerfully put it, are ‘Hands that flung stars into space…’
Prayer:
Father, you are the Maker of Heaven and Earth. Help us to grasp a bigger picture of who you are.
