Reading: Psalm 132:16-18
16 I will clothe her priests with salvation,
and her faithful people will ever sing for joy.
17 “Here I will make a horngrow for David
and set up a lamp for my anointed one.
18 I will clothe his enemies with shame,
but his head will be adorned with a radiant crown.”
Thought for Reflection:
This psalm started with remembering the past and what God had done, it finishes with a vision of the future and what he will do and is doing! Being obedient to our Lord Jesus gives us a future that is bright and sure and a present filled with hope!
Prayer:
Lord Jesus, you have a name that is above every name. Help me to know the hope you give today and to be obedient to your call.
