2 Timothy 3:16-17 NIV
[16] All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, [17] so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
We all know that good parents guide their children to prepare them for life. By turns children are taught, guided, told off and trained. So, as children of God we too are guided by our loving, heavenly Father to prepare us for Christian living and the day we will meet Him in glory – and Gods guidance for us is found in Scripture, His revealed word.
O Lord, guide me today and every day. You are my light and my salvation.
