Hebrews 3:1 NIV
[1] Therefore, holy brothers and sisters, who share in the heavenly calling, fix your thoughts on Jesus, whom we acknowledge as our apostle and high priest.
Fix your thoughts…….I find my mind wanders away to all sorts of things but here is an encouragement to fix our thinking on Jesus – to hear his word, to live like him. The more we think about him the more like him we will become!
O soul are you weary and troubled?
No light in the darkness you see?
There’s light for a look at the Saviour,
And life more abundant and free:
Turn you eyes upon Jesus,
Look full in His wonderful face;
And the things of earth will grow strangely dim
In the light of His glory and grace.
