Psalm 145:20-21 NIV
[20] The Lord watches over all who love him, but all the wicked he will destroy. [21] My mouth will speak in praise of the Lord. Let every creature praise his holy name for ever and ever.
God moves to protect his people, even when we don’t realise it or it does not feel as though He is doing anything. Like a loving parent He protects and guards the wellbeing of those who follow Him, and we have the promise that ultimately evil will not prevail. So, at one with God, in surrender to Him we can but praise his holy name.
Lord, we are your chosen people and within our deepest being like a burning flame we sing praises to you and glorify your name.
