Matthew 28:5-6 NIV
[5] The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. [6] He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay.
The resurrection changes everything – there is no point looking for Jesus among the dead – he is alive! Today the life of Jesus changes everything about us – the way we see the world, the way we face troubles, the hope that we have – it is all different because Jesus is alive!
Because He lives, I can face tomorrow
Because He lives, all fear is gone
Because I know He holds the future
And life is worth the living, just because He lives
