Next Steps in Broxbourne’s Winter Night Shelter Project

Tonight it was wonderful to host Churches Together from the North and South of the Borough and Emma Neill from Housing Justice as we continue to work towards launching Broxbourne’s Winter Night Shelter next winter. This will be a pilot project covering January and February 2019 with the vision of continuing the subsequent winter subject to the success of the pilot and the demand in the Borough. It was wonderful to see so many people there, including representatives from the Borough Council who are working with us, and to be reassured by Emma that we’re heading in the right direction. It is good to have the backing and expertise of both! Do let us know if you’re interested in helping (being a Christian is not a prerequisite).
