1 Peter 2:1-3 NIV
[1] Therefore, rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and slander of every kind. [2] Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation, [3] now that you have tasted that the Lord is good.
The thing about knowing how much Jesus loves us and discovering the riches of God’s grace is that it impacts on the way we live every moment of every day! Therefore……because of God’s love, be different! Get rid of stuff that spoils relationship and desire what is good and pure. This is radical because we are surrounded by malice and deceit and all that rubbish and we have a reason to be different – be glad because the Lord is good!
Father, help me today to be different because I know you and have tasted your love and forgiveness.
