Psalm 24:1-2 NIV
1 The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it,
the world, and all who live in it;
2 for he founded it on the seas
and established it on the waters.
On Sunday morning Wini challenged us about what as individuals and the church we are going to about caring for our planet, having been moved by the last episode in David Attenborough’s documentary series, Perfect Planet. This is something I am passionate about, believing it is central to our faith, for this world we live in was made by God and is his gift to us to enjoy. How can we claim to love him if we trash it?
Your world is magnificent Father, and if it is, how much more are you!
